I think the outfit is fine but you seem to be doing too much by having the halter vest. I think the outfit sounds great, I have something similar, just not the vest.

I don’t think it’s very appropriate for a graduation…. If she’s hot, then she can pull off anything she wants to wear.
I’ve worn an outfit similar to that…. but NOT to my graduation. -

I have worn a necktie before… on my neck like a boy would wear and around my wasit like a belt. I think it’s a cool new accessory that is okay to borrow from the boys and that is makes a good statement! If she looks on it in, then I don’t think there is much to worry about. I would just think that she has great style.

um well it really depends how you wear the tie and the leather skirt doesn’t sound to appealing get some prettty black pants and that tie has got to go you don’t necesseraly need it
p.s i’m sorry if i sound a little rude just keep out the tie and get a pretty handbag or berret hat think out side the tie.
