   she probably has a spiral perm…

   you can get the same or similar look with a spiral curler or if you want to save a lot of time you can curl your hair with a flat iron. just youtube it if you don’t know how.

   you can either curl it with a small barreled curling iron
   or scrunch it
   which basically you spray hairspray in your hair while its wet and grab your hair everywhere in small grabs till it starts to look like that.

   it looks like she uses the enzo milano.. its like a curling iron without the clip and works 10 times better

   get a hairdresser to perm your hair or you could diy and get a curling iron

   I’m guessing a spiral curl.

   You can get that in a perm, a curling iron, or with these little thingies you put in your hair when there wet that does that (Ive seen them at Sallys Beauty Supply, they are like hair rolls on in spiral)
